Happy ACADEMIA JBR

The location of the apartment is perfect, the host answered really fast when i asked something. The apartment was very clean but there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom sometimes, the apartment was not soundprof like was written in the description ( there was a locked door in the room that i think linked it with another apartment that was also rent and we heared the couple that were inside when they talked). Also the internet was badly, the wifi connection was failing very often and was poorly. There were many shops, cafe and restaurants near the location and the area was animated.

Clean, spacious, nicely decorated apartment with great location. Just a few minutes from JBR and Dubai Marina. The manager Natalia was exceptional! Easy communication, quick response at any time! She gave us detailed instructions for everything we needed. Thank you Natalia!

Modern bright apartment, nice hot shower and all white goods available. Great communication with owners. Concerige staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Great access to all amenities. Supermarket on the doorstep open till 2am

The location is perfect it’s is accessible to trams, restaurants and beach..perfect for couple who wants to have quality time with limited budget or for someone who just want to have a staycation and experience the vibes around the JBR.

The apartment was well equipped and very beautiful. Everything was perfect. It was 5 minutes walk away from the beach. Absolutely recommend this place.
